在同步辐射这样的大型装置中，往往在不同的束线上需要各种光谱仪来进行光谱测量。我们提供可以完美应用这类装置上的系统光谱解决方案。

McPherson公司几十年来为美国和欧洲各地的同步辐射装置提供了可以覆盖5eV至2keV能量范围的各类光栅光谱仪，光谱仪中可以根据不同的需求配用2块/3块/4块光栅，方便使用。色散方向可以设计成水平的或垂直的，提供了使用的最大灵活性。各种精密的运动控制机构及隔离措施，保证了光谱仪内的各种部件可以不受外界震动及热扰动的影响，保证最高的测量精度。
